Immerse yourself in the magnificent woods of the Green Mountains to experience the magic and sacred art of friction fire. Remember the beauty and reverence of fire craft as you witness a bow drill friction fire demonstration. Learn the mechanics, naturalist skills, and knife carving skills to build your own kit with assistance from guides. Supplies will be provided. Be ready to have fun and work up a sweat using your kit to bust a coal. Then relax and gather around a warm fire for storytelling, songs and more.
